BEFORE DAY ONE

Safety first, intensity second.

This plan is general educational information, not a diagnosis or individualized care. Ask a dental professional about pain, persistent bleeding, recent dental work, or a condition-specific question.

DAY 1

Learn the controls

Read the device manual, fill with lukewarm water, and start at a comfortable low setting over the sink.

DAY 2

Practice the back teeth

Lean over the sink and keep your lips partly closed so water can drain without spraying.

DAY 3

Trace the gumline

Move slowly and pause briefly between teeth. Comfort matters more than speed.

DAY 4

Attach it to a habit

Put the session next to a routine you already keep, such as your evening brush.

DAY 5

Notice comfort, not intensity

More pressure is not automatically better. Use a setting you can repeat comfortably.

DAY 6

Clean the device

Empty, rinse, and air-dry the reservoir and tip exactly as the manufacturer directs.

DAY 7

Keep what worked

Repeat the time, setting, and cue that felt sustainable. Consistency is the useful result.
